HOW TO USE:
- Mount the Gauge: Secure the 4″ Quad Gauge into a 3.93″ (100mm) diameter opening in your dashboard using the included mounting ring.
- Connect the Wiring Harness (2-Wire Cable): Attach this harness to the main power and ground sources of your vehicle to provide power to the gauge.
- Connect the Temperature Sensor: Install the provided Speedhut temperature sensor in the appropriate location on your engine (e.g., coolant passage) and connect it to the Temperature Gauge Wiring Harness (2-Wire Cable), then connect this harness to the gauge.
- Connect the Pressure Sensor: Install the included 100 psi pressure sensor to your engine’s oil pressure port and connect it to the Pressure Gauge Wiring Harness (3-Wire Cable), then connect this harness to the gauge.
- Connect the Fuel Level Wiring: Connect the Wiring Harness (2-Wire Cable) to your existing fuel level sending unit. Note that calibration to your specific fuel level sensor (300 ohms or less) may be required.
- Connect the Power & Lighting Harness: If your gauge features LED lighting, connect the 3 ft Power & Lighting Harness to a suitable power source for illumination.
- Verify Readings: Once all connections are made, start your vehicle and check that the gauge is displaying accurate readings for water temperature, voltage, oil pressure, and fuel level.
