HOW TO USE:

1. Preparation: Identify a suitable location on your dashboard with a 3.95-inch (100mm) diameter opening.
2. Mounting the Gauge: Insert the Speedhut 4″ 6K RPM Tachometer into the dashboard opening from the front.
3. Securing the Gauge: From the back of the dashboard, slide the included gauge mounting ring over the back of the gauge and tighten it to secure the tachometer in place.
4. Connecting the Power Harness: Connect the 3 ft Power & Lighting Harness to the designated power and ground sources in your vehicle’s electrical system. This harness also provides power for the gauge’s LED illumination.
5. Connecting the Tachometer Harness: Locate the tachometer signal wire from your engine’s ignition system (typically connected to the negative (-) side of the ignition coil or a designated tachometer output). Connect this signal wire to the appropriate wire on the 8 ft Tachometer Harness (1 wire, 2-pin connector).
6. Final Connections: Ensure both the power and tachometer harnesses are securely connected to the back of the Speedhut tachometer.
7. Testing: Start your engine and observe the tachometer to verify it is receiving a signal and displaying the correct RPM readings.
