HOW TO USE:

1. Prepare the Mounting Location: Choose a suitable location on your dashboard and drill a 3.28-inch (83mm) diameter hole. Ensure there is enough clearance behind the dashboard for the gauge and wiring.
2. Connect the Power and Lighting Harness: Connect the 3 ft Power & Lighting Harness to a suitable power source (typically 12V switched ignition), ground, and your vehicle’s lighting circuit if you desire the gauge to illuminate with your headlights.
3. Install the Temperature Sensor: Locate the appropriate port on your engine’s cooling system and install the included Speedhut temperature sensor. Connect the Temperature Gauge Wiring Harness to the sensor and then to the gauge.
4. Install the Pressure Sensor: Locate the oil pressure sending unit port on your engine and install the included pressure sensor. Connect the Pressure Gauge Wiring Harness to the sensor and then to the gauge.
5. Connect the Fuel Level Sensor Wire: Connect the Wiring Harness (2-Wire Cable) to the appropriate output wire from your vehicle’s fuel level sensor (ensure it operates at 300 ohms or less). Connect the other end of the harness to the gauge. Note: The fuel level sensor itself is not included and must be sourced separately.
6. Connect the Ground Wire: Ensure the gauge has a good ground connection using one of the provided ground wires.
7. Mount the Gauge: Insert the Speedhut Quad Gauge into the prepared 3.28-inch hole and secure it using the provided mounting hardware.
8. Verify Functionality: Turn on your vehicle’s ignition and check that all four readings (water temperature, voltage, oil pressure, and fuel level) are displaying correctly. Also, test the warning light functionality as described in the product manual (if applicable).
