HOW TO USE:

1. Mount the Gauge: Locate a suitable 2 1/16″ (52mm) diameter hole in your vehicle’s dashboard or gauge pod. Secure the gauge in place using the provided spin-lock ring.
2. Install the Pressure Sensor: Choose a suitable location in your engine bay, typically on the intake manifold or a designated boost/vacuum port. Thread the included 30 PSI pressure sensor into this port. Ensure the connection is secure and leak-free.
3. Connect the Pressure Sensor Wiring: Attach the 3-wire cable from the included Pressure Gauge Wiring Harness to the terminals on the pressure sensor.
4. Route the Wiring: Carefully route the Pressure Gauge Wiring Harness from the engine bay into the vehicle’s interior, where the gauge is mounted. Connect the other end of this harness to the corresponding connector on the back of the boost/vacuum gauge.
5. Connect the Power and Lighting Harness: Connect the 3 ft Power & Lighting Harness to the designated power and ground terminals on the back of the gauge. Connect the other end of this harness to a suitable 12V power source in your vehicle (typically an ignition-switched source) and a reliable ground. If desired, connect the illumination wire to your vehicle’s lighting circuit so the gauge lights up with your other instruments.
6. Verify Connections: Double-check all wiring connections to ensure they are secure and correct.
7. Test the Gauge: Start your vehicle and observe the gauge readings. It should indicate the engine’s vacuum at idle and transition to boost pressure as the turbocharger or supercharger engages.
