HOW TO USE:

1. Inspect Components: Before beginning, verify that all components of the Ruffneck FX5/FX6 20″ Frame Basic Mounting Kit (9726) are present and undamaged.

4. Prepare Heater: Locate the two or four 5/8″ NC internally threaded holes on the top of the Ruffneck FX5 or FX6 20″ frame heater cabinet.
5. Connect Heater to Mounting Kit: Align the heater with the mounting arm. Use the provided 5/8-11UNC x 1 1/4 long Hexagon Head Bolts and 5/8″ ID Lockwashers to connect the heater securely to the mounting bracket attach assembly (Part No. 9677 for 20″ frame) of the kit. Tighten all bolts to the manufacturer’s specifications.
6. Verify Installation: Once the heater is suspended, double-check all connections to confirm they are tight and secure. Ensure there is at least 2 inches of clearance behind the fan motor for proper cooling and servicing.
