Description
If you have a broken plastic part that has the marking “PP+GF15”, that tells you that the part is polypropylene with 15% glass fibers. It may have markings like “PP+GF20” or “PP+GF30” or some other number next to GF. Whatever number follows the “GF” is the percentage of glass fibers that are in the polypropylene plastic. Since PP+GF15 is the only glass-filled polypropylene that we offer (for now) this would be your best option whenever you have a broken glass fiber reinforced polypropylene part. Fiberglass reinforced polypropylene is used to make Sea Doo Spark hulls starting in the 2016 model year. If you have a SeaDoo Spark hull that is cracked, then this is the rod you will need to fix your broken Sea Doo Spark hull. This package contains 1 lb (0.45 kg) of black PP+GF15 plastic welding strips. Each rod measures 12 inches (30 cm) long, 3/8th inch (9.5 mm) wide, 1/16th inch (1.6 mm) thick, and there are appoximately 123 rods per pack.
- Works with airless, hot-air, and nitrogen plastic welders.
- Square edge profile resists curling during repair process.
- 15% glass fibers for additional strength.
