Designed with a seamless anodized aluminum top plate, magnetic insert rings, and a precision handwheel, this router lift delivers smooth, accurate adjustments and vibration-free performance for demanding routing applications.

Ultra-Clean Top Plate

• Fits standard 9-1/4″ x 11-3/4″ table openings.
• 3/8″ thick anodized aluminum plate provides a durable, low-friction work surface.
• All components are attached by drilling and tapping the bottom of the plate, keeping the upper surface completely clean and free of holes — materials slide smoothly without catching on edges or sawdust buildup.

Magnetic Insert Rings

• Insert rings are held in place magnetically and removed with the press of a button for tool-free operation during bit changes.
• Adjustable leveling screws below the insert rings allow precise flush adjustment with the top surface.
• Three insert rings are included with the LX3 Router Lift.

Heavy-Duty Lift Posts

• Four 3/4″ Acme-threaded lift posts are mounted in the four corners of the top plate for widely spaced, stable support of the lift carriage.
• Acme-threaded posts deliver reduced vibration and higher accuracy compared to standard threaded rod used on competing router lifts.
• Geared lift mechanisms in all four corners are driven by a timing belt for smooth, precise operation without the need for a lift lock.

Precision Handwheel Operation

• Precision 5″ handwheel (instead of a small crank) makes it easy to lift routers of all sizes.
• One full revolution equals 1/16″ of movement.
• Each increment on the scale is 1/512″ (approximately .002″) for ultra-fine height adjustments.

Large Capacity & Versatile Clamping

• Accommodates routers from 3″ to 4.3″ diameter without the need for spacers, thanks to a 3-jaw adjustable clamping system.
• 4.9″ of vertical travel allows for a greater range of use across a wide variety of bits and applications.

Stability & Vibration Control

• Four-corner leveling with wide leveling pads provides more surface area and improved stability compared to standard leveling screws.
• Adjustable side tensioners along the long and short edges of the top plate accurately fit the LX3 to your table opening and prevent vibration during operation.

Starter Pin Included

• Top plate is drilled and threaded to accept the included starter pin for use with bearing-guided bits when routing without the fence, such as template routing.
