Jasper Circle Router Jig
These quality router circle cutting jigs from Jasper allow you to cut a wide range of circle sizes using your router and a 1/2″ straight or spiral bit. The jig is drilled to fit most popular routers: P-C, DeWalt, Makita, Ryobi, Sears, Bosch, Freud, Hitachi, Skil and Elu. It comes with a hardened steel pivot pin and a selection of metric and US mounting screws.
To use, simply drill a 1/16″ pivot pin hole in the center of your workpiece or in a piece of scrap taped or glued on the workpiece. Drop one of the jig’s clearly labeled pivot holes over the pin, set depth of cut and swing your router through any length or arc you need up to a full 360°. Simple, easy, accurate. Made from 7/32″ thick clear plastic.
