9 Piece 1~2″ Expanding Mandrel Set ~ Made of 64Mn high grade tool steel. ~ Precision ground and heat treated for maximum concentricity and holding power. ~ Arbor hardness is HRC55-60 and sleeve is HRC44-48. ~ Center holes are ground and lapped. ~ The automatic expansion feature can be utilized on any bore (standard or non-standard) within the range of the mandrel. ~ Arbors are tapered and sleeves are flexible. ~ Size is obtained by moving the sleeve along the arbor. ~ Set has 2 expanding sleeves and one mandrel.
