The HDCBX-360-1 Paint SpinCoater is engineered to apply a wide range of coatings to the interior surfaces of pipes. It is ideal for applications requiring uniform and efficient internal coating.
Air Requirements
To operate efficiently, the airless paint pump and the spincoater together require:

100 PSIG (Pounds per Square Inch Gauge)

Clean, dry compressed air
Note: A pressure tank may be used in place of the airless pump if the paint viscosity is less than 20 seconds through a Zahn II cup.
Operating Process

Paint Delivery
The paint pump pushes the coating through the spray gun and paint hose to the spincoater’s spinning head. -
Spray Application
The spinning head uses centrifugal force to sling the paint outward in a 360-degree spray pattern, ensuring even coverage on the pipe’s inner surface.
Control and Adjustment
