Baileigh RDB-100 Manual Rotary Draw Tube Bender 1.75 Inch OD Capacity 110V (1006773) is designed for fabricators who need professional-quality bends for lower production runs. This manual tubing bender can handle up to 1.75” OD tubing with a maximum wall thickness of .095” and 1” schedule 40 pipe.
The large-diameter indexing plate allows for bends up to 206° (180° plus spring-back) without re-indexing and re-pinning, unlike most other manual tube benders. With a tension spring back mechanism and a ratcheting bend system, this Baileigh 1006773 tube bender offers precision and convenience for various materials.
