Arbortech Mini-Grinder Tool
The Mini-Carver is the newest version of Arbortech’s Mini-Grinder. It has always been a smooth, powerful and precise power carver. Now Arbortech has added variable speed, dust collection for sanding, improved sanding performance and reduced vibration.
Variable speedgives you better control over the tool and lets you adjust for different jobs and materials. The Mini-carver has six speed settings from 6,000 to 18,000 rpm. Use the higher speeds for sculpting and carving when removing a lot of material. Use the middle speeds for aggressive sanding. Use the slower speeds for smooth finish sanding without burning.
No one likes dust in the shop and Arbortech tools can certainly generate a lot of it. The mini-carver has a port so you can hook up your shop vac and put a big dent in the amount of dust it throws into your shop. It doesn’t work for carving operations and can be removed so it won’t get in the way.
Arbortech added a new motor and changed the design of the tool and handles to reduce vibration and increase comfort when in use.

For 2021, Arbortech has introduced the MIN.FG.900.20 Mini-Carver to replace the MIN.FG.600.20 Mini-Carver. The new version has a more powerful 840 watt (8 amp) motor and an upgraded belt and pulley system.
