HOW TO USE:

• Safety First: Always ensure the vehicle or equipment is on a level, solid surface. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Position the Jack: Roll the axle jack to the desired lifting point under the vehicle’s axle or frame. Use the extra-long handle to precisely position the saddle adapter directly under the designated lifting point.
• Connect Air Supply: Connect an air hose from a suitable compressor to the jack’s air inlet. Ensure the air supply meets the specified working air pressure of 116-174 PSI.
• Initiate Lifting: Open the control valve or engage the air control handle to allow air pressure to activate the hydraulic ram. The jack will begin to lift. Monitor the lift carefully and stop when the desired height for the first or second stage is reached.
• Secure the Load: Once the vehicle is lifted to the required height, immediately place appropriately rated jack stands under solid points on the vehicle’s frame or axle for support. Never rely solely on the jack to support the load.
• Lower the Load: After the work is complete and the jack stands are removed (if used for support), slowly and carefully open the lowering control valve. The integral descent metering will ensure a controlled and safe descent of the load. Once fully lowered, disconnect the air supply.
