HOW TO USE:

• Preparation: Disconnect the vehicle’s negative battery terminal for safety.
• Mounting: Locate a suitable 4.20-inch (107mm) diameter opening on your dashboard. Insert the Speedhut Quad Gauge into this opening from the front. Secure the gauge in place using the provided mounting ring, tightening it until the gauge is firmly held.
• Wiring – Power and Lighting: Connect the 3 ft Power & Lighting Harness. Typically, this involves connecting a wire to a 12V power source that is switched with the ignition, a wire to ground, and a wire to your vehicle’s lighting circuit if you desire the gauge to illuminate with your headlights.
• Wiring – Oil Pressure Sensor: Connect the Pressure Sensor (100 psi) to the appropriate port on your engine where oil pressure is measured. Use the provided Pressure Gauge Wiring Harness (3-Wire Cable) to connect the pressure sensor to the corresponding terminals on the back of the Speedhut Quad Gauge.
• Wiring – Oil Temperature Sensor: Install the Speedhut Temperature Sensor in a location that allows it to accurately measure the engine oil temperature. Use the Temperature Gauge Wiring Harness (2-Wire Cable) to connect the temperature sensor to the designated terminals on the back of the gauge.
• Wiring – Fuel Level: Connect the Wiring Harness (2-Wire Cable) to your vehicle’s existing fuel level sensor. Ensure that your fuel level sensor has a resistance of 300 ohms or less for compatibility. Connect the other end of this harness to the fuel level input terminals on the back of the Speedhut Quad Gauge.
• Final Steps: Once all wiring connections are secure and correct, carefully tuck away any excess wiring. Reconnect the vehicle’s negative battery terminal. Turn on your vehicle’s ignition to test the gauge functions. Verify that all readings (oil temperature, voltage, oil pressure, and fuel level) are displaying correctly.
