This master kit includes all necessary components for a complete installation, such as an in-tank fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator, and Go-Spark CDI ignition box. The system utilizes a throttle body injection style with a 4-barrel square bore mounting flange, making it compatible with many common intake manifolds. HOW TO USE:

  • Preparation: Disconnect the battery and remove the existing carburetor and fuel lines.
  • Fuel System Installation: Install the in-tank fuel pump module within the fuel tank, ensuring proper connections and sealing. Connect fuel lines to the fuel pressure regulator and throttle body.
  • Throttle Body Installation: Mount the FiTech throttle body onto the intake manifold using the 4-barrel square bore flange. Connect the throttle linkage and any necessary sensors.
  • Wiring Installation: Connect the wiring harness to the ECU, sensors (MAP, IAT, TPS, Oxygen), injectors, and ignition system. Ensure all connections are secure and properly routed.
  • Ignition System Installation: Install the Go-Spark CDI ignition box and connect it to the distributor and wiring harness.
  • ECU Setup: Mount the ECU in a suitable location. Connect the 4.5 inch display screen to the ECU.
  • Initial Setup: Turn on the ignition and use the display screen to input basic engine parameters.
  • Self-Tuning: Start the engine and allow the ECU to self-tune. Monitor engine performance and make adjustments as needed.
