HOW TO USE:

1. Mount the Gauge: Locate a suitable flat surface on your dashboard and drill a 4.20-inch (107mm) diameter hole. Insert the Speedhut Quad Gauge into the hole and secure it using the included mounting ring.
2. Connect the Power and Lighting Harness: Connect the 3 ft Power & Lighting Harness to a suitable power source in your vehicle (typically 12V switched and ground). This harness also controls the gauge’s illumination.
3. Install the Pressure Sensor: Locate an appropriate port on your engine for oil pressure measurement and install the included 100 psi pressure sensor.
4. Connect the Pressure Sensor Wiring Harness: Connect the 3-wire cable of the Pressure Gauge Wiring Harness to the installed pressure sensor and then to the corresponding terminals on the back of the Speedhut Quad Gauge.
5. Install the Temperature Sensor: Locate a suitable port on your engine for oil temperature measurement and install the included Speedhut Temperature Sensor.
6. Connect the Temperature Sensor Wiring Harness: Connect the 2-wire cable of the Temperature Gauge Wiring Harness to the installed temperature sensor and then to the corresponding terminals on the back of the Speedhut Quad Gauge.
7. Connect the Fuel Level Wiring: Connect the 2-wire cable of the Wiring Harness to your vehicle’s existing fuel level sender unit (ensure it is compatible with a resistance of 300 ohms or less) and then to the corresponding terminals on the back of the gauge.
8. Verify Connections: Double-check all wiring connections to ensure they are secure and correct before starting your vehicle.
9. Start Your Vehicle: Turn on your vehicle’s ignition to power the gauge and observe the readings for oil temperature, voltage, oil pressure, and fuel level. Check that the warning light functions as expected.
