HOW TO USE:

1. Mount the Gauge: Choose a suitable location on your dashboard or instrument panel and drill a 2.062-inch (52mm) diameter hole. Secure the gauge using the included mounting ring.
2. Install the Temperature Probe: Locate a suitable 14mm threaded port on your engine’s cylinder head. Thread in the K Type Thermocouple Probe securely. Ensure the probe is positioned correctly for accurate temperature readings.
3. Connect the Wiring Harness: Connect the 3 ft Power & Lighting Harness to the gauge. Connect the power and ground wires to your vehicle’s electrical system. If applicable, connect the lighting wire to your instrument panel lighting circuit.
4. Connect the Probe Wire: Run the wire from the K Type Thermocouple Probe to the back of the gauge and connect it to the designated terminals.
5. Test the Gauge: Start your vehicle and allow the engine to warm up. Observe the gauge to ensure it is displaying the cylinder head temperature correctly. The LED illumination should also be functioning when the vehicle’s lights are turned on.
