HOW TO USE:

• Mount the Gauge: Locate a suitable 2 1/16″ (52mm) diameter opening in your vehicle’s dashboard or instrument panel. Secure the gauge in place using the included mounting ring.
• Install the Temperature Sensor: Identify an appropriate port on your engine (such as the oil pan or oil filter adapter) to install the provided 2-wire temperature sensor. Ensure the sensor is properly threaded and sealed.
• Connect the Wiring Harness:
  • Connect one wire from the temperature gauge wiring harness to one terminal of the temperature sensor.
  • Connect the other wire from the temperature gauge wiring harness to the second terminal of the temperature sensor.
  • Connect the power wire (typically red) from the 3 ft power & lighting harness to a switched 12V power source in your vehicle.
  • Connect the ground wire (typically black) from the 3 ft power & lighting harness to a reliable ground point on your vehicle’s chassis.
  • Connect the lighting wire (if applicable, often orange or white) from the 3 ft power & lighting harness to your vehicle’s headlight or instrument panel lighting circuit if you desire the gauge to illuminate with your other lights.
• Test the Gauge: Once all connections are made, turn on your vehicle’s ignition. The gauge should power up, and the needle should indicate the current oil temperature as the engine warms up.
