Precision Machining Units

• Pre-Milling Unit: Two 80 mm diamond cutters with independent exhaust hoods and air blower deliver superior panel edge linearity and cleanliness before gluing. Vertical tool adjustment extends cutter life into the final sharpening phase.
• End Cutting Unit: Performs precise 90° front and rear end cuts on the applied edge.
• Top & Bottom Trimming Unit: High-frequency motors with front rotating copiers and vertical copying discs for accurate tool positioning. Combined 55.3 mm cutters handle radius edges (1–3 mm), chamfered thin edges, and solid wood edges up to 5 mm.
• Rounding Unit: High-frequency motor controlled via the Eye-S panel delivers a unique, unmatchable finish quality with a rigid structure. Supports radius profiles up to R15 mm and chamfers up to 10 mm.
• Edge Scraping Unit: High-rigidity structure with horizontal and vertical copying discs ensures vibration-free, precision finishing of 1–3 mm PVC/ABS edges. Includes numerical readout and manual unit exclusion.
• Brushing Unit: Tilted, vertically adjustable dual motors optimize final cleaning and polishing of the applied edge.
