HOW TO USE:

1. Mount the Gauge: Install the 2-1/16″ (52mm) gauge into a suitable location using the spin-lock ring. Ensure the mounting area provides enough clearance for the gauge and wiring.
2. Connect the Power and Lighting Harness: Attach the provided 3 ft power and lighting harness to the gauge. Connect the power and ground wires to an appropriate 12V power source and ground in your vehicle. The lighting wires can be connected to your vehicle’s lighting system if desired.
3. Install the Pressure Sensor: Mount the included pressure sensor in a suitable port on your engine’s oil system. Ensure proper sealing to prevent leaks.
4. Connect the Pressure Sensor Harness: Connect the 3-wire cable from the pressure sensor to the corresponding terminals on the back of the gauge.
5. Set the Warning Light (Optional):
   • With the gauge power off, press and hold the button on the gauge.
   • Turn the vehicle’s power on (accessory or ignition) while still holding the button.
   • Release the button when the gauge pointer begins to scan.
   • The pointer will move across the dial. Press the button at the desired low oil pressure point. The LED will blink to confirm.
   • The pointer will continue to move. Press the button at the desired high oil pressure point. The LED will blink to confirm.
   • To disable a warning (low or high), set the point at the extreme low or high end of the gauge’s range.
6. Verify Operation: Start your vehicle and observe the oil pressure reading on the gauge to ensure it is functioning correctly. Check that the warning light activates at the set pressure thresholds.
