Nordic Pure 14x30x1M13+C-3 Pleated Air Filters MERV 13 Plus Carbon 3 Pack – 14x30x1 are from electrostatically charged synthetic materials combined with a flat panel infused with activated charcoal to attract and capture a wide range of airborne particulates in your home. These filters effectively eliminate odors while trapping dust, pollen, pet dander, and other airborne particles to provide fresh, clean air. The activated carbon layer attracts and retains odorous gases and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) without compromising airflow. Each filter is constructed with a heavy-duty, moisture-resistant beverage board frame reinforced by a metal mesh support grid bonded to the pleats for enhanced durability. The electrostatically charged media acts like a magnet, drawing dust and allergens to the filter surface. MERV 13 Plus Carbon filters are comparable to filters rated MPR 2200–2400. For optimal performance, we recommend replacing the filters every 30–90 days, depending on your environment.
