HOW TO USE:

1. Prepare a Recovery Bin: Select a rigid and airtight container (e.g., a standard 5-gallon bucket or similar) to serve as the debris collection bin.
2. Mount the Separator: Position the Quick Click Separator onto the lid of your chosen recovery bin. Ensure the 6.5-inch mounting flange sits securely on the lid. The cylinder extending from the flange should fit snugly into a hole cut in the lid.
3. Secure the Seal: The commercial-grade rubber gasket on the mounting flange should create an airtight seal between the separator and the lid of the recovery bin. Ensure there are no gaps.
4. Connect the Vacuum Hose (Inlet): Attach the hose from your wet/dry vacuum cleaner to the 2.375-inch inlet of the Quick Click Separator.
5. Connect the Tool Hose (Outlet): If you are using a dust collection hose from a power tool, connect it to the 2.5-inch outlet of the Quick Click Separator.
6. Begin Operation: Turn on your vacuum cleaner and begin your work. Dust, debris, and liquids will be drawn into the separator.
7. Observe Separation: The cyclonic action and baffle inside the separator will force the heavier particles and liquids to fall into the recovery bin. The translucent body allows you to see this process.
8. Empty the Recovery Bin: Once the recovery bin is full or when you are finished with your task, turn off the vacuum, detach the hoses, and carefully remove the separator from the recovery bin to empty its contents.
