HOW TO USE:

1. Mount the Gauge: Choose a suitable location in your vehicle and securely mount the 2 1/16″ gauge using a gauge pod or mounting bracket. Ensure the location allows for easy visibility while driving.
2. Connect the Power and Lighting Harness: Connect the 3 ft power and lighting harness to a suitable power source (typically a 12V accessory or ignition wire) and ground in your vehicle. This harness will power the gauge’s operation and illumination.
3. Install the Pressure Sensor: Locate a suitable vacuum/boost source on your engine’s intake manifold. Install the provided 30 PSI pressure sensor at this location.
4. Run the Vacuum/Boost Hose: Connect one end of the included boost/vacuum hose to the pressure port on the installed sensor. Run the other end of the hose to the back of the gauge, connecting it to the designated pressure input port.
5. Connect the Sensor Wiring Harness: Connect the 3-wire cable from the pressure sensor to the corresponding terminals on the back of the gauge, following the wiring diagram provided with the gauge.
6. Test the Gauge: Once all connections are made, start your vehicle and observe the gauge readings. Ensure the gauge illuminates correctly when the vehicle’s lights are turned on. Check for any leaks in the vacuum/boost hose.
