The Bessey I Beam clamps is designed to handle big clamping jobs in the most demanding environments. It has a heavy duty steel I-beam shaped bar for exceptional strength and limited deflection. The bar is nickel-plated to resist corrosion. The cast iron sliding head uses four clutch plates to hold position. The pressure head (also cast iron) uses an Acme threaded screw with a large handle for good grip and plenty of clamping force.
