Titan Tools 41290 Welding Helmet ADF Gear Head is a solar-powered auto-darkening welding helmet designed for professional welders who need both comfort and high-performance eye protection. The helmet features a 3.86″ x 2.17″ viewing area with ultra-high performance filters that protect against harmful UV and IR rays. It automatically darkens in 1/30,000th of a second when an arc is struck and returns to a light state when welding stops. The adjustable shade (DIN 9–13) and turnover headband mechanism reduce fatigue, allowing for longer welding sessions with superior comfort. Powered primarily by high-performance solar cells, it also has 2 built-in 3V lithium batteries for backup power.
