These filters feature dual materials where the MERV-rated media is fused with an activated carbon layer that attracts and traps airborne dust, particulate matter, and eliminates unwanted odors. The activated carbon also adsorbs odorous gases and vapors (VOCs) while maintaining excellent airflow.
