HOW TO USE:

1. Prepare the System: Ensure the vehicle’s A/C system is accessible and you have appropriate safety gear, including gloves and eye protection.
2. Select Cartridge: Open one of the individually wrapped TP9811-P3 Mini-EZ™ dye cartridges.
3. Load Injector: Insert the chosen dye cartridge into the TP9845 EZ-Ject™ dye injector assembly.
4. Attach Coupler: Select the appropriate brass swivel-type coupler (TP9813 for R-134a or TP28 for R-1234yf) for the vehicle’s A/C system. Securely attach it to the EZ-Ject™ injector.
5. Connect to A/C System: Connect the coupler to the low-side service port of the vehicle’s A/C system. Ensure a firm connection.
6. Purge Air: Use the purge fitting on the coupler to release any trapped air from the hose before injecting the dye.
7. Inject Dye: Depress the plunger on the EZ-Ject™ injector to introduce the fluorescent dye into the A/C system. The injector is designed to overcome system pressure, so it can be done with the system off or running.
8. Run System: Start the vehicle and run the A/C system for approximately 10–15 minutes to allow the dye to circulate thoroughly with the refrigerant.
9. Inspect for Leaks: Using a compatible UV leak detection lamp (sold separately), inspect all A/C components, hoses, and connections for areas where the fluorescent dye has seeped out, indicating a leak.
